1. Spend a day at Phi Phi Island

Located on the south west of the Krabi coastline is the breathtaking Phi Phi Islands. It is just a 45-minute speedboat trip or a 90-minute ferry boat ride from Krabi or Phuket! The ultimate serene getaway, it features many tropical beaches, crystal clear waters and wonderful sea creatures. 2. Visit the Big Buddha

The Big Buddha is a 45-meter-tall white marble statue and from the summit, you can get stunning panoramic views of Phuket. From there, you can see views of Phuket Town, Kata, Karon, Chalong Bay and more. The Buddha is dedicated to the late King of Thailand, His Majesty Bhumibol Adulyadej, and next to the Big Buddha is a smaller Buddha that is devoted to Her Majesty Queen Sirikit. It is one of the Island’s most important landmarks and is a must-visit attraction!

3. Karon Viewpoint 

Karon Viewpoint is a popular viewpoint in Phuket, it is locally known as “Khao Sam Haad” which translates to “Hill of Three Beaches”. At this viewpoint, you can enjoy astonishing views of Karon beaches, Kata Yau , Kata Noi and of course, the deep-blue Andaman sea. It is also a popular place to admire the sunset as you can get a clear view of Phuket’s skyline and is located along the ring road which is half-way between Kata Noi Beach and Nai Harn Beach.

4. Watch the sunset from Promthep Cape

Promthep Cape is without a doubt the most remarkable and incredible viewpoint in Phuket. It sits on top of a giant cliff overlooking the Andaman Sea. It is the perfect place to sit back and relax whilst watching the sunset. It is popular amongst tourists as they come to this meeting point in order to catch the perfect sunset photo.

5. Wat Chalong 

Wats are one of the most important symbols of Thailand, this is because the majority of Thais are Buddhists. Locals come to Wat Chalong to pray whilst tourists come to learn more about Buddhism and admire the beauty of the Wat. Wat Chalong temple is the largest temples and the most revered of all the temples on the island.

6. Bangla Road

Bangla Road is best known for its lively nightlife, with the road closed to vehicle traffic and filled with neon lights, loud music and cheap food and beverages. Patong is located on the west side of Phuket and is the heart of Phuket nightlife.  If you’re wanting a fun night out, this is the place to be!

7. Phuket Weekend Night Market

The largest night market on the island is the Phuket Weekend Market. It is the perfect place for those seeking a good bargain! It is located near Naka Temple, just outside Phuket city. 8. Stroll around Phuket Old Town

Phuket Old Town is a historical area in Phuket where you will be able to find temples, tiny printing shops, old-fashioned cafes, public museums and bars. 9. Freedom Beach

Phang Nga Bay is a must see for anyone visiting Phuket. It is surrounded by limestone rocks and emerald green waters – a truly stunning natural landscape. It is located between Phang Nga Town and Krabi which makes it more accessible and is a perfect place to do a day trip in!
